Phillipa Butler (MSc. HCPC MCSP APPI RYT) is your Personal Movement Specialist. A Chartered Physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience working with groups and individuals. A Certified Pilates teacher, a 200 Hr qualified Hatha yoga instructor and Mediation teacher.” I am a passionate advocate of movement as medicine and my philosophy in my own life is that physical activity is the key to a fitter, healthier future.”
Shirley Ward is your Certified Nutritional Therapist (BANT, CNHC) Shirley is an experienced Health and Wellbeing coach “I truly believe you are what you eat, my role is to empower you to make the right food and lifestyle choices for you as an individual.”
