This episode I am talking to Cara Tatterton about the Pelvic Floor and Pilates. Many of my ladies report how pilates has helped their pelvic floor, and this can indeed be the case when taught WELL. But abdominal strengthening exercises can equally put a strain on the pelvic floor as can resistance training and some Yoga and Pilates exercises.
