by | Apr 28, 2021 | Move to Live, Live to Move, Podcasts

Join me and Physiotherapist Gwynn Wallace as we dig deeper into how we can breathe better to feel better. These include sleep disturbance, fatigue, chest pain around the breastbone and throat tightness.

Get the lowdown on how to breathe well for improved health with some introductory techniques and top tips. Grab your ear buds and take a stroll or settle down with a cup of herbal tea.
