Did you know you could suffer your first fragility fracture as early as in you 50’s! If you fall over and hit the ground from a standing position and fracture a bone chances are your bones are showing signs of a decreased bone mineral density or BMD. This is much too early came the cry! You are not kidding. Let’s hear what we can do to arrest the decline in BMD up to, through and beyond menopause.
