Move Mindfully through Midlife
Phillipa developed this mat-based programme to stretch and condition the body and refresh the mind. We will move into and hold positions for a little longer; mobilising and nourishing joints through the dispersal of synovial fluid and stretching tight muscles. We will dive deeper into mindfulness as we move and harness the power of meditation to balance emotions, decrease stress and anxiety, reduce pain, and enhance mental performance with a 10 -15 minute guided meditation to finish. This session is suitable for Beginners.
