Female? Over 40? Menopause is only a matter of time

If you are 40 plus and female then it’s a fact that Menopause is only a matter of time! Everyone’s experiences will vary but there are commonalities that apply across the board. Symptoms can begin gradually and for some women will really affect their quality of life. Get the lowdown on the surprising symptoms of menopause as I am interviewed by Tammy Aghedo for her House of Tammy Talkshow.

My Advice?

Don’t put up with the pain and disruption Menopause can bring. Movement really is Medicine and there is not one symptom that being more active will not help! My expertise is in teaching Pilates and Yoga to make the most of midlife. My Physiotherapy training puts me in a great position to help you move more, move well and make a change.
