There’s one thing we absolutely agree on; the importance of Physical activity! There’s not one symptom of Menopause that doesn’t respond to appropriate levels of Physical activity. Movement is medicine for the mind, body and soul and has a part to play in managing pesky menopause symptoms, including fatigue!
