Workplaces

Menopause adds another layer of complexity when it comes to navigating relationships in the workplace. Although workplaces are becoming more aware of the menopause conversation this doesn’t mean things will improve overnight.
We must overcome our own propensity to ‘put up and shut up’ and have pragmatic conversations if we are going to improve our lot.
