Top tips to keep hair healthy around and beyond the menopause.

Most women find that their hair loses volume and length around menopause. This is due to falling oestrogen levels. We may also find that hair breaks more easily as the hair is naturally more fragile. So what can we do? For this weeks podcast I talked to my hairdresser and we uncovered some top tips to keep our hair healthy around and beyond the menopause.
