Vaginal Health from within

Did you know that one of the easiest ways to promote health below the waist is with Food? The vagina uses natural secretions and “good” bacteria to keep itself healthy. Eating a healthful, balanced diet can go a long way to improving vaginal symptoms associated with menopause. This episode Phillipa and Registered Nutritionist Shirley Ward a chat about what foods can help or hinder our health ‘down below’.

But we don’t stop there because exercise definitely plays a part in vaginal health. I am reminded of the now familiar phrase use it or lose it! So familiarise yourself with pelvic floor muscle training to tone and increase the circulation in the local area.
