by | Mar 9, 2023 | Moving Through Menopause Podcast, Podcasts

Feeling under par?

I’m not surprised! Feeling ‘tip top’ all the time is not normal. Let’s be honest most of us experience mood fluctuations on a daily basis, minute by minute. Imagine your emotional state is like standing on a ladder, there will be events throughout our day, week, or month that might cause us to take a step down or up the ladder. We cannot expect to always be perching at the top. The trick is to be able to spot when your mood is sitting a bit low for a bit long and have a supply of strategies to boost the mood and buck the trend.

This episode I am chatting with Members of the Menopause Collective to explore ideas and suggestions that can really lift our spirits. Join us for this fun conversation for some top tips that can help us quickly and don’t break the bank.
