Alison’s Top Tips:
- Grab yourself a day cream with SPF30+, a rich night cream, treat yourself to moisturising face masks and exfoliating scrub or peel to care from your skin from the outside in.
- Drink good old H2O and eat healthy fats to retain moisture.
- Avoid refined sugars to sidestep glycation and sagging skin.
- Maintain the health of your gut microbiome and your skin biome by eating a rainbow every day that you can easily identify as food.
- Consider moving more to improve the circulation, mop up antioxidants and even nourish the good bacteria resident in the gut.
